South Suez Capital Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius and registered by the Mauritian Financial Services Commission and the South African Financial Services Board.

South Suez Capital is the investment manager for the South Suez Africa Fund Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Cayman Islands.

The South Suez Africa Fund is the first pan African private equity fund-of-funds on the continent and is the leading fund of its kind in Africa with US$250 million of assets under management following its Fourth Close. Final Close is expected in September 2011 with a target size of US$350m. SSC is a member of the African Venture Capital Association and the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association and regularly contributes to the further education of African institutional investors and to the development of the asset class.
